International Programs

The Staff Development Program is open to all faculty and staff of Tamagawa University charged by their supervisors with researching "international equivalents" in the name of professional development.

Whether from the accounting department, office of strategic planning or human resources, this custom-designed 3 week program is built specifically around the needs of those staff or faculty members who participate.

Through Tamagawa Nanaimo's numerous relationships and affiliations with Universities, busineses and public schools on Vancouver Island, we are able to arrange for a schedule that includes individual/professional attention. This small, special-interest program is able to access the people and staff on Vancouver Island (most often at a University or in an educational setting) who operate the day-to-day business and arrange for a valuable question and answer period for the Japanese delegates.

For the staff and office workers at our main campus in Tokyo, this"culture within a culture" program is gaining in popularity and over the next few years we hope to increase enrollment.
